Review content:
I first told the stylist, Brooke, that my son did not want a haircut, only 1/4-1/2 inch. She told him ""I'm not going to cut much off"". I proceeded to watch her cut off 3 inches in some places - I was shocked and could not say anything! She gave him a completely different haircut! He had these ridiculously long pieces on the front sides that hung down an inch below the back of his hair. She cut it up over his ears and short short short all over. The bangs were short, and she did not account for the cowlick - which made that even shorter. It was supposed to lay across the front, but cut WAY too short to lay. Horrible haircut. Stylist did not listen to customer!!!
Cons: Stylist asked how much to cut; did NOT listen!
