DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They have a file with Consumer Protection of Wisconsin with violations of Wis. Stat. ch. 799 and Wis. Admin. Code ATCP 134.09(7)\r
They believe they are above the law and rely upon unsuspecting low income individuals that do not know their rights as a tenant. A tenant was burglarized by another tenant at their property in Oconto Falls. The victims of this crime were forced to obtain restraining orders against the criminals next door. Instead of management evicting the criminals they violated the rights of the victims by forcibly evicting them without proper procedure under Wisconsin law.
