I am writing to share with you my appreciation for the smooth movement of our household goods and furniture from Dallas to Modesto, California. I am particularly pleased with the superb customer service of the move coordinator Dennis Witsoe and the driver and help of the delivery team.
Dennis Witsoe closely coordinated with me throughout our lengthy cross country move, from the beginning, when he surveyed our load, through the storage process, and finally, the shipment itself, assuring that our possessions arrived on time, as scheduled. We found Dennis to be efficient, affordable, and reliable. He is customer service oriented and a credit to your firm.
When the moving van arrived to California, your del9iver driver Jason Sevenler and his partner was courteous and effective in unloading our load, including being able to maneuver the large semi van into a quite limited space. I was especially impressed with Jason’s problem solving ability. He found positive solutions to several off-loading situations.
In short, I would recommend US-1 as a moving company of choice to anyone. I have already told my son Robert to consider using your company when he moves his household in the Metroplex. Please extend my thanks to your fine employees.
