Review content:
For two years now we have been using alattehotte for our coffee needs. We did purchase our saeco from them and send it in as for the complimentary maintenance a couple times a year, it has been a valuable service and we would purchase again from alatteHotte. These folks have always been courteous and kind. We received a fair trade in value for our older machine and enjoy the new saeco immensely. We were in the market for a new unit for Christmas this year but they got our older saeco working well so we will keep this one for at least another year, I know when we are ready for the next unit, we will return to alattehotte to make the purchase. They have done nothing but go out of the way to help us when we are in town, often the same day service which is unheard of when you have something fixed. I always love to try the new coffees they have, Rob roasts his own beans and is very philanthropic about making people try them. Also make sure if you stop in, to try a sample of their intelligentsia coffee, we tried two different blends and now we are hooked. It's an expensive but tasty and worthwhile product.
