Initial impression good, end result DISAPPOINTED. Mike responded quickly when I called for an estimate to install an outside security light fixture on my home. I wanted a security light where there was not one previously; which he stated was an easy job because the location was just above where the main electricity panel was - great! The work was done efficiently and he left a sign for his business on my lawn to attract customers. He gave me an estimate, which I thought was reasonable and he came when I was not home to do the work. The light was up, located fine, and the bill ended up being the higher end of the estimate which was a bit surprising, when I supplied the fixture. That was two years ago. I just removed the fixture to have siding on the house replaced to find TWO LOOSE WIRES coming out of a roughly drilled hole in the side of my house! NO conduit, NO electrical box, NO protection for the wires from water dripping down the wall when it rains. I was told that this is not to code and if that is true, I am disgusted among other feelings of betrayal, from a contractor that I screened, earned my trust and was ensured by, that HE does work right and the first time; where other contractors fail. I am now redoing the job, putting in a box and seal to keep moisture and water out.
