Completely mismanaged our building. Didn't keep accurate accounts. Didn't pay our vendors on time. Didn't maintain the building properly. Blamed anyone and everyone except themselves for their screw ups. Our new management company got the building running smootly, and it's now properly maintained and cleaned - something All Area failed to achieve in 9 months of making excuses instead of getting their job done.
