Absolutely disgusting. My 84 year old mother lives in the building for over 30 years. She did not buy the co-op so they have been harassing her to get out. Her lock was forced open by nypd apparently by an anonymous caller & has not been replaced yet.This incident occurred 8/16/2012 & it is now 10/8/2012. Still no lock. Numerous calls have been made to management but they just ignore. Nice human beings.This is being taken to the next step. Horrible
