I was referred to BakosGroup when I lost my job after 15 years of loyal service. My employer couldn't hang on despite wage concessions by most of the employees. I underestimated the job market and underestimated what a resume can do. After 4 plus months, I nearly gave up hope, believing I was destined for a lower level job.
I had 3 relatives, icluding my wife, who directed me to BakosGroup. Naive, I thought I could do what they did. They transformed my transferable skills in the resume to fit a broader range of industries. The resume started to generate interviews. I finally landed a job, changed my career, and I am actually happier that I have ever been.
I've also referred my brother who is also happy with their service.
