Review content:
My husband and I had the worst sale experience ever. I have worked in sales for 12 years now and have NEVER seen this level of negligence and incompetence. When my husband EMAILED about a used vehicle they had on their lot the process started well, we received a call to make an appointment in regards to the ONE and only vehicle we asked about, however moments after setting the appointment to drive FROM THE WOODLANDS TO ROSENBURG to view the vehicle we were told it was sold, no harm on to the next one. However when we received a call the following morning assuring us, yes it was available and for sale we were excited, not for the drive, but that we had found what we were looking for and that yes, it was available for sale, my husband even mentioned to Don, “Don I got a call that the car had been sold” “No sir” he said, “It’s still available for sale”. Then later that day before we began our drive to the site we called and spoke with Monica, who AGAIN informed us yes, “the car is here and available we can’t wait for you to come down and see it.” Awesome we thought, however after 2 hours of drive time with traffic we were, as most would be, to find the vehicle was NOT THERE AND HAD BEEN SOLD DAYS! AGO we were HIGHLY upset. Thank goodness for ERIC who was kind enough to fill our tank, I’m sure it was mostly to get us off the lot so that Don, and so called manager Jim didn’t get an ear full from us. However when we did speak to Jim, we were told it was OUR fault, and that WE were wrong. WE do plan on speaking with the head of customer service and those ABOVE Jim about this situation. We understand that there is “nothing that can be done” at this point, but we will be heard. Thanks for proving yet again how shady car salesmen are.
