noise levels rival those of a dorm room (e.g. Bass from stereos, people yelling, guitar pratice, etc.). certain level of noise expected in apt., but not normal walking and living sounds. pay too much for that kind of lifestyle, can't work from home anymore b/c of it.\r
too bad b/c very attractive apts., good location, just too loud (and I'm not a crazy person)\r
Also, there are A LOT of dogs with owners that allow them to go #2 everywhere & not pick it up, huge problem, can't even walk in the grass here.
Pros: great looks, great location
Cons: noise and huge proliferation of dogs
