Businiess name:  Fire of Brazil - Downtown

Review content:
My first Fire of Brazil experience was hyped up by my dining companions who had been to the old Nashville location several times and wanted to go to the Atlanta location since the Nashville one closed. We all left disappointed. All the beef selections were VERY rare. Maybe they were intended to be garlicy, but my goodness, I would like to taste some of the beef too, not just garlic. Some of the cuts were excellent (lamb, bacon wrapped chicken, sausage, pork loin, pineapple), the filet was probably the best of the beef selections, but still just mediocre. I think every third beef offering that came to our table was flank steak (which was nearly inedible it was so rare, tough, and poorly seasoned). Fire of Brazil is a good for experiencing a Brazilian steakhouse, but if you are going to spend $50/person for a meal, there are much better choices available.
