i went in because i was out of bags for my central vac. not everywhere carries central vac bags, so i made a special trip across town to buy some. i usually order from a place in town but it takes a few days to get them and i needed some right away. i should have checked my past receipts to see what i paid for a package of 3 bags because what i ended up paying here was more than TWICE the cost! i should have known when i was in there and the only other 2 customers in the store were older ladies who were both upset (not sure what each's situation was) and 2 out of 3 IS bad. i bought my bags and went on my way. when i got home i noticed the bags i got were a little too big so the next day i went to exchange them. Before I went back, i checked my past receipts and realized that i paid $17 for a pkg of 3 bags, and here I paid $39!!! Their receipt states NO REFUNDS AND NO PRICE MATCHING, so I couldn't just return these and get them from my regular guy. There was a $10 difference (they owed me) for the smaller bags, and they didn't want to credit my card, they wanted to give me store credit. i told them i didn't need ANYTHING else from their store, so they gave me my credit but it seemed they were not happy about it.\r

I won't shop there again because of their policies of no refunds or price matching. i can't believe they get away with charging SO much more but once you buy, you are stuck.
Pros: had central vac bags
Cons: way overpriced; no refunds or price matching!
