Review content:
This is the worst company to rent from. They are hard to get a hold, never call back and let you know if they are going to take care of the problem and then just show up unannounced with handy men that is not so handy!
It's bad enough that I rent from them but I would never ever let them manage a property that I owned because of how they fix things. My 4 year old could do a better job at fixing things then their handy men.
My other complaint is if they are going to send out a bill for rent why do they wait until the last day of the month when it is due on the 1st of the next month. It is like they are trying to get you to be late so that they can collect the late fee.
I just had a home inspection from them and they just walked into the house without identifying who they were and what their purpose for being here was.
In short I would never ever rent from them again, I would never let them manage a property of mine and wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy!
