Bonnie Callahan is the WORST landlord!!! She ""says"" that she is in the office from 8-4pm and she is never there. I've tried to call numerous times at 3:00-4:00pm and I always just missed her! Shes rude, stern, and never has anything nice to say to anyone.... I would say that you pay out the ass for a cheap apartment! Having a landlord like bonnie will not make a good buisness! Yes there cheap but not worth the trouble... I'd pay more just to have a reliable landlord!
