Review content:
The customers who have written these negative reviews have absolutely no idea about all the arrangements that have to be made to insure a successful installation in their home, regardless of product.. Just because a representative has misplaced his paperwork doesn't by any means reflect on the Company, as a whole.\r
It is my guess staff jumped through hoops to make this customer happy when their product wasn't available to them, as expected and their crew had to finish up another project before they could arrive at the new job site. \r
Just remember when they're working for you and stay late to give you great service, someone is probably waiting on your project to be finished.\r
I wouldn't hesitate giving this Company my business. They are all pros or they wouldn't be on staff of a Nationally recognized Organization.
