Review content:
I always try new pizza places locally and on the road, but Pizza Castle is the standard I hold them all to. I like a pizza well done and they ALWAYS understand that part of my order and actually do it. But more than anything, they use their own recipe and ingredients and the flavor is always great. Others have sold out and used genereic ingredients, which to me, has ruined many a great pizza place in Chicago. The owner is a friendly neighborhood oriented man who gives back to the community. What does all that have to do with a great pizza? Nothing, but the bottom line is the pizza needs only one word, GREAT! So I have to fill the space with other nice things about them.
Pros: Great deal, Friendly, best tasting
Cons: Parking can be tight, carry out/delvry only, only one location
