After my landlord would not fix my electrical panel after giving him 25 days to find someone to fix it, I contacted my lawyer and he stated to find an electrician to come out and fix it myself, to hire them to fix it and I would just have to pay for it and then go after my landlord Norm Vener, which I also have a protection order against for harassing me. The owner actually came out and fixed the panel, he was so professional and even labeled everything in the box for who ever needs to do work again if that ever happens, his prices are very low compared to some of the other places I looked up. He also sent me a bill in the mail, after the work was complete. So I didn't have to pay for it upfront. He is licensed and his company has been around for many years. I would recommend this company to anyone out there.
On a side note my landlord is threatening to post bad reviews for work that he never got done through this company, because I'm suing him for the amount of money and time, since he was suppose to get this done in the first place, and never did. I'm glad I got it done because from the look of things it could have started a fire if I would have waited any longer to get it fixed.
