I am Eatamus Prime. I have been eating for many years now and know the good. I never return to the bad. We have been going to the Taco Bus (formerly El Taconazo) for a few years now and EVERYTHING on the menu is GREAT!!! My wife is a semi-vegetarian and there are many things for her including seafood that she does eat. My favorite is the cochinita pibil burrito which is marinated pork in achiote and bitter orange from an ancient Mayan recipe that the thought of has my mouth watering on the keyboard right now. Excuse me while I wipe it off...OK, along with the green hot sauce this is sublime. You ever go to the door of a place and think to yourself, ""should I really try this""? Well the surroundings are reminiscent of actual ""questionable"" places we ate at in Mexico, however the food there and at the Taco Bus is excellent with no regrets except that you have finished your plate and an empty one is staring back at you. $8 covers a HUGE burrito with beans and rice dinner, the drink being extra. I would love to get my hands on the recipe for the green sauce...lotsa hot...lotsa flavor. Service is good and rememberm ""broken English spoken perfectly"". What a hoot!!!
