in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
The owner Larry was very rude to our company. We offered him our business, and in return he wanted to be listed as a sponsor on the poster we were letting him do. We suggested at no price to just put his company's name on the lower left in a smaller font at no charge, or if he wants to be on the list with the other sponsors (who paid upwards of $400 to be on the poster) then we would like $100 off the bill. He emails back ""NO THANKS"" then calls when it is ready and says very rudely it will be $125 cash. I said I do not have cash, he said then he will have to charge me tax. I said, ""Go ahead"" expecting that anyway. What a jerk, he will never get our business again.
