I took 3 pairs of jeans and 7 shirts to this place for the first time. When i returned to pick up my clothes, i was very unhappy. They cracked buttons on 3 shirts, charged me 3 dollars for one shirt that was pearl snap. They said they had to iron it by hand. it looked absolutely terrible. The worst thing though were my jeans--i asked for heavy starch on all items. the labels on the clothes even had heavy starch on them. The jeans were very flimsy and hardly even had a crease. The lady told me that was ""heavy starch"". This all cost over 21 dollars also!!!. i took my jeans to another cleaner and he told me there wasnt even starch on my jeans..that they just put them in the press!!! I just want to warn all you people who like heavy starch...this place is the absolute worst cleaners in the world, Please save your money and do not go to Spirit Cleaners on Plano Rd. in Richardson. They are crappy
