RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!\r

This company is not honest! We had a copier lease with them and we had over 200 service calls over the course of the lease and ended up having 4 different machines as the products they gave us were defective. \r
\r
Most of the time they responded fairly quick, but even the service technicians would tell us they didn't have training on the machine we had. At the end of the lease, they didn't turn in the equipment we had given them and then they told the lease financing company we hadn't turned it in. We have a trail of emails that detail they knew they had it. \r

Bottom line: The company used to be good when under different management. However, the current management is awful! \r
\r
BTW, we purchased a used copier and have only had 1 service call in over a year.\r
