Review content:
Terrible service. Had a generator from Dennis and twice did not work during big power outages. This last time, admitted they were here to service three weeks prior to the storm, and knew it did not work but forgot to come back to work on it. Survived okay with no heat and lights, food etc, but now fast forward three days later and had water in basement, $1000 later, had to hire people to get basement cleaned up from water damage. Cannot even put through insurance because have deductible. Was still giong to forgo this review, but asked for price of new generator, and still have not recieved one since Novemeber 1. Go back further and still waiting for estimate for relative house after the Irene storm in which sales person came and took all details down but never sent or called with price. Would you use these people?
