Mark and JoAnn Goldsmith have two daughters. I think this is what helps them take EXTRA care of their customers. How? Because they know that in the automotive industry people (women) get taken advantage of.
Mark goes the extra mile on every service we have had to have. He also has wised us up to UNNEEDED services another automotive service provider (a dealer) pushed us to do.
I trust Mark with every car we have or will ever have.
