Review content:
El Gaucho epitomizes exactly what a perfect dining experience should be to me. The service is impecable. The food is cooked/grilled to perfection. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. They have a great wine list. The atmosphere is very classy, yet not too stuffy. Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. We had a few cocktails at our table before our salads came, and a few more before dinner. The timing of everything was fabulous. Loads of time in between each course and we always had exactly what we wanted when we wanted it.
Pros: excellent service, amazing food, extensive wine list
