This company is horrible! I signed a contract for wedding pics in March 2010. The wedding was October 2010 (10 months ago) and I still do not have the 3 albums plus portrait that were promised. They did share the digital pics, which were awful! The photographer was late and got high at the wedding. The Austin affiliate who managed the photographer is unable to assist with a refund or cannot produce the albums. The owner ""Ken Ramsey"" does not return phone calls, there is no answer on the company phone. If you care at all about your pics stay away. Check out the horrible reviews on The Knot (search The Knot Forums for Ken Ramsey Photography - you will see a long history of complaints). Any positive reviews are probably written by a company employee. \r

Please report to your Better Business Bureau and your Attorney General's Office. Do not let this company get away with these scams. It is awful to take away lifelong memories from people.. . STAY FAR FAR AWAY AND REPORT TO EVERY ORGANIZATION, WEBSITE, NEWS, ETC.
