They won't let me choose 0 stars or I would have! I took my daughter's sequined prom dress here 2 months before the event. The seamstress ( I think LU) had my daughter try on her dress and marked the length and sides for alteration. We also needed a 2x2 patch of sequins replaced and the straps cleaned up. The alterations were completed 2 weeks later than originally promised. The length was fine but where she took in the sides you can see big seams and it is all bunched. And she did not replaced the sequin patch AND did not even return the bag of sequins we need to fix it. Oh and the strap weren't even touched. I am not hard to please but this is horrible service and a horrible horrible job. Don't waste your money and ruin your clothes- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!
