Michael and Tonya and team are working on a refinance for my wife and I right now, and I can't say enough good things about the process. The application process was a breeze, they have done everything they said they would do, and there have been no surprises. They even send a weekly email update to keep everybody in the loop. I had a friend who just told me she was going through the refi process and how much a pain it was. I told her she should've worked with Michael at Prospect Mortgage! Maybe next time she will.
