I purchased a car from them in 2008. I was given a CAR FAX ( ASK FOR ONE) what i saw was good so I bought the car. April of 2010 i went back for a Truck, it had minor problems and BEFORE I BOUGHT IT I told the MANAGER about them. IN WRITING we came to an aggreement to fix the issues with the Truck and everything was fine. P.S. Before you buy used get a CAR FAX, take it to a Dealer or Shop to be inspected and maybe your luck would be better; but overall the sign does say AS-IS for a reason.
