I have used B & W auto for almost 15 years. They are very reliable and do a great job for a reasonable fee. I am not a car expert so it is important to me that they only fix things that need fixing. I have multiple occassions where I have brought my car in and there either was not really a problem or it was a minor tweak and they did not charge me. I once had ran into a curb and had a wheel issue as a result. I took it to an establishment that was close by because I was afraid that something was broken. I ended up getting the tire replaced and then they told me the wheel was bent and would cost another $400 - $500. I told them I would get a second opinion (B & W) and they said it wasn't safe to drive. I took it to Bobby at B & W he did an alignment and said the wheel was fine. Never had another problem with it. \r
