My recent experience with Elite Suites will be my last. My dogs went in sparkling clean, happy and healthy and came back a week later stressed, dirty, matted, shedding (non shedding breed!), and markedly thinner. One of them I almost didn't recognize as his face had turned black with tearing and staining (on a normally white dog it was shocking!). When I remarked about it they rushed away with him saying they would wash him, which they did but it did not help. One of the employees told me to take him to the vet and they would pay for it, which I never did. I told her the stains would take months to grow out and clear up....she offered nothing. I even asked one of the people there if they had changed their diet and they replied ""no"". I had to call almost every day I was gone to ask them to move the plant which was blocking the webcam to my dog's suite or to move their pad that I brought for them off of the mattress so they could all lay down (they had an unusually small bed meant for one small dog...I have three dogs. I paid for extra attention which was money down the drain, as they were obviously neglected. The entire week I only saw one young man pet my dogs one time. Otherwise people would go in and out without even a pat on the head. My poor babies were miserable! Several of the items I brought with them and left for them were not returned. Need I go on? I would never recommend this place to anyone for their beloved pets. Have already found several other alternatives in the area that come very highly recommended by insiders and plan to try them out next time.
