I normally would not go through the hassle to write a review ... but this company takes the cake. My wife made and appointment a week in advance to get our heating system checked out ... took off a day of work when they scheduled the appointment. They were suppose to call the day before to confirm, they did not, so she called on the day scheduled. They claim that they did not make an appointment for her on that day ... but the next. She would not have taken the day off is she knew they were not going to show. When confronted they said they would ""try"" and show on the original date ... but it would be within a 5 hour window. Bad customer service. Turned them into BBB.
