Cacciucco is the best Italian food in Marin County, and only the freshest of ingredients are used to prepare the authenic Tuscan cuisine offered in this charming little restaurant. David, the owner, always welcomes his guests with a warm greeting, and he is always on hand to offer suggestions and make sure everyone is pleased with their food. In addition, there is a chef on the weekends that prepares scrumptous dishes tableside, a lovely personal touch that I haven't seen offered in years. Don't miss an opportunity to experience Italian food at it's finest, and be sure to try the prosciutto rolls filled with mascarpone, walnuts and radicchio served with truffle flavored fresh arugola, an appetizer to die for!
