First we shared few appetizers including an amazing polenta with mushrooms and fried calamari, then i ordered ""spaghetti scoglio"" very nice dane with jumbo scampi, clams, mussels, crayfish and calamari, the sauce was just right not too spicy and not too saucy. The Elk filet mignon was also excellent but too gamey for my taste (my guests loved it), Best of all was probably the Crab ravioli, they had a light sauce of lemon and shelled clams......unique, fresh and just so right. I was the only one to ask the waiter to pick a glass of wine for my dinner... and it was perfect. The place was packed and we waited a good 15 minutes before be seated and we didn't mind, the host apologized for the delay and offer a glass of champagne to all of us....we refused but very much appreciated. All in all our dinner was amazing, the music they play is incredibly nice.some thecno-jazz-flamenco or whatever it is Amazing. Was our first time at Cacciucco, we live in San francisco and we promise to visit it at list once a month. Cacciucco is now one of our favorite restaurants. Pros: FOOD MUSIC AND ATMOSPHERE
