We found Allan through a referral from a family member. I'm SO glad we did. Our real estate agent had given us a list of three inspectors. She wanted us to choose one and let her know which one we would like to use. I appreciated the thought, but we wanted to use our OWN inspector. After contacting Allan, he scheduled to do the inspection the very next day and $100 cheaper than any of our other quotes (even with the pool). It kind of made me wonder what the other inspectors are ""kicking back"" to the agent for the referral. Hmmmm. Anyway...Allan asked us to come by towards the end of the inspection which we did. He walked us through everything he had inspected and what he had found. He answered all of our questions and was very thourough. Luckily, he found an issue with the HVAC compressor and we were able to negotiate that be replaced before our purchase. We're closing at the end of the month! I feel confident that our new home will be suitable for us and know that we won't have any ""surprises"" for awhile. :) Thanks Allan.
