This place is AWESOME! I recently placed an order for a flask as a gift for the officiator of my upcoming wedding. the flask was promptly shipped out but...never arrived at my door. I was getting nervous about having the gift in time for the wedding so I emailed these guys and they responded by shipping me out another flask right away, THEN investigating with the post office on the whereabouts of the lost flask. They also sent me follow up emails making me aware of exactly what day the new flask would arrive. They made me feel like they were just as concerned as I was about this matter and sadly that is very rare nowadays. These guys make sure you know that they appreciate your patronage. It was a pleasure to spend my money at their shop. keep on kickin ass.
