Review content:
I have been here three times......each time I have left just as happy as the time before. May I make a suggestion? Try the Salmon.....it is so wonderful it will melt in your mouth. This last Friday I had anticipated the Salmon dish and was NOT disappointed. Every bite was delectable, along with the specialty drink ""The Riverview"" which happens to also be one of my faves. The restaurant ""mood"" is so relaxing with dim lighting, mock candles on each and every table, and a lovely piano tune performed ""live"". I would highly recommend this for a special date or night out with a loved one. One suggestion though......there was a waitress who worked there who was wearing some really LOUD shoes that clicked very obviously when she ""trotted"" to and fro, to and fro, to and fro..... across the entire restaurant floor. It was a bit disturbing to hear because it broke the ""mood"" that the restaurant really sets. All the other employees were wearing ""soft sole shoes"" that were a lot less conspicuous to those who were dining. Luckily we were pretty easy-going people or I might have had to say something. (:\r
Other than that, the restaraunt is FABULOUS. Just wear those soft heels. (:
Pros: ambience, food, service, drinks
Cons: loud clicking shoes worn by employees clash with the ambience that is promoted
