Review content:
I've been to each Brazilian style steakhouse in Chicago, and while the food is pretty much the same at each (stellar) the service at Brazzaz was far below average. We went with reservations a week ago Friday night and still waited almost an hour to be seated. Then we - and the tables near ours - were overlooked by the servers so often we had to literally flag them down. When the servers realized people were getting frustrated they began dropping larger and larger pieces of meat on our plates. Was that an effort to keep patrons quiet? Lastly we had to request the dessert menu from 2 waiters repeatedly before it came. While they DO have more items in their salad bar, such as oysters and wild mushroom risotto, the service is FAR better at Fogo de Chao and Sal & Carvao - for the same price. Pros: The food -when you GET it- is amazing Cons: Long wait, uninterested gauchos
