Hired Boston Chauffeur - 4 stretch limos for an extremely formal wedding on Newbury St., Boston. The cost was over $3000. When the white limos were taking the bridal party to the rehersal at the church the night before the wedding one of the limos broke down in the middle of Newbury St. Totally embarrassing!!!\r
The complete bridal party was stranded until Boston Chauffeur could have the limo fixed!!!! \r
This put a real dent in the festivities of the night. \r
We found out the next day by one of the limo drivers who was driving us to our wedding that Boston Chauffeur had used that same broken-down vehicle during the afternoon with another wedding and it BROKE DOWN AGAIN!!!!!! Stranding another wedding party!!!! Thank god we had picked black limos for the wedding. Boston Chauffeur was to send two identical black limos for our Saturday wedding. The black limos they sent were not matching. They were different lengths and different car brands. One of the limo drivers told us he was a subcontract and not employed by Boston Chauffeur. \r
They screwed us over royally and they are the worst. Do not do business with this company.
