You know when you look through magazines of house plans, and you see more creativity than in a custom architect designed home, it is not a good thing. With Wilde you get dormers, pillars, over-sized rooms to add to his % of construction costs. I know of 3 families that started with Ron, and finished with another, more skilled architect. Another has constant construction issues to deal with.ever since they moved in. Wilde was the construction supervisor. Recomend you look elsewhere for a high quality, beautiful home that you will want to invest and live in.
