I went there on a recommendation of a business assoc. He had gotten service there a few years ago. WOW, what a few years can do for a business. The men that actually do the collision work are terrible. The ""manager"" really does not care if you are satisfied and makes excuses. When I was there for my 5th trip to pickup my truck there were 2 other customers that were picking up theirs and they both were very upset and complaining. \r

They have NO QUALITY CONTROL!\r

They order the wrong parts, make excuses, order non OEM equipment and tell you its factory, and do a rushed job. Most customers have to go back numerous times for numerous reasons. \r

My truck was still not right when I left but I got sick of their excuses and terrible service. \r

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
Pros: None that I can think of.
Cons: Pretty much everything they do or say.
