I don't think I can remember the last time I was so pleased with a business, doctor, or any other service. Seriously, Dr. Saunders and her staff run a great practice.
- Not that it matters, but her office is beautiful. Modern and clean and comfortable. The waiting room has a huge tv and there's even a video game nook for kids.
-Front desk staff always friendly. I was never ignored when I went to the front desk, and everything was handled efficiently. Never any scheduling or billing issues.
- The assistants in the back are awesome. They were friendly, competent, sometimes funny, always careful.
- Dr. Saunders is patient, funny, friendly and flexible. We really liked her and felt comfortable around her, and that's important to me.
My daughter was nervous about getting braces, and she was worried that she would have to go to the back alone... but Dr. Saunders encouraged me to come back. Parents are always welcome in the back. It's a large, sunny and cheerful workspace and you can stand or sit right there beside your child. She also posed for pictures happily so I could get a pic of my daughter getting her braces put on! :)
- My daughter loved the office contests and things that are always going on. Cool prizes!
I can't think of a single negative thing to say, which is weird for me. With braces, you visit a lot for adjustments and things for the time they're on, and I think that the feel of the place makes a huge difference in the whole experience. At Hidden Lakes, it felt very homey and everyone was so friendly and fun -- and they all remember little things about your child when you come in-- it feels like you're visiting friends. Having my child looking forward to getting her braces adjusted was awesome!!!
