I drove past not one, two, or three, but FOUR other Volkswagen dealerships to come to Capistrano VW. I was recommended there by a friend and I was not let down. Everyone there is very friendly, easy-going, and very easy to talk to. That goes for salesmen, finance managers, even the mechanics! James helped me finally buy my first new car ever and it couldn't have been easier. I've got my first scheduled maintenance appointment made already and I'll happily drive by those other dealerships again to see these smiling faces again.
