Review content:
I was in a pretty bad car accident and was getting jerked around by the insurance company. I called around to find an attorney to help me and came across this firm. First, the receptionist was the friendliest, pleasurable person to speak with. She answered the phone and made me feel like I was the only person in the world that mattered. Then the paralegal that I spoke with was the same way. I spoke to her often and she was always so concerned with how I was feeling and how my treatment was going. She handled things is a timely matter and I always knew what was going on with my case at all times. If I had to leave a message, I was always called back within 24 hours!! Then there is the attorney...she was absolutely the best!!! I've never heard of a firm where the attorney herself calls you once a month to ask how you are feeling and make sure you have no unresolved issues or concerns. When it got to the negotiation phase, I didn’t speak with her paralegal I spoke with her!! Again, unheard of!!!!! I will definitely go back to this firm for every single legal thing I need!!!!!!!!!
