Just got off the phone with Mike from M&M. Called them to ask for info about how to temporarily register a vehicle I just bought from a private party and the courthouse is not open until Monday (today is Saturday). He immediately started getting belligerent; he says ""and why did you call me"" I say:""because I thought that you guys might know about the laws and how I could drive my vehicle legally until Monday"". He says:""Do I look like I got a dictionary above my head, I\r
#ing work for a living buddy""! At that point I was not able to get a word in because he was ranting...so I just slipped in a few words even though he did not hear them:""Not a great way to deal with public and everyone I know will hear about this"", then I hung up as he was still ranting. I know how it is to deal with public as I have my own small business and frequently get calls about things that will not get me any business, but I am ALWAYS courteous, and that has always gotten me business...BEING COURTEOUS!
Pros: Like their radio ad
Cons: Bad public relations
