I purchased a Katchakid cover about two months ago. I had a small issue soon after (I broke a part by overtightening it). The owner drove all the way over here (Huffman) and replaced the part and gave me a complete demonstration since only my wife was here during the initial installation. My little are the world to me and this gives me peace of mind in case they make it out the back door. Two days after move in, 1 day before installation, my 2 year old defeated the child safety door lock and managed to run straight into the pool to get a toy, all in about 1 minute. My children now will not even get near the pool with the pool net on because they get caught on it and can't move. A great product and a must for anyone with small children. Don't let your child become a statistic.
