Review content:
It surprises me to see a nasty review of Beth on here, since our association has had a really good experience with her work. She helps us assess our situation and form priorities, and works to find good contractors to complete any work that needs to be done. Whenever we've also had some issues with landscapers (please, try to find a good landscaper on the first try without paying out the nose for it), she's immediately worked to remedy it and has no problem playing hard ball to make sure our needs are represented. \r \r It sounds like Larry's post is a response to a bad association, either one that doesn't keep their priorities in order or one that does a poor job of keeping their finances in check, but Beth doesn't run the association, she's hired to do what the association tells her to do, so if the buildings aren't being painted, it's the assn telling her not to spend the money.\r \r We're very happy with the job she does, and if we had more money and could hire top shelf everyone all the time, I'd probably give her 5 stars.\r \r -Caleb, Lyman Meadows, Hinesburg Pros: Very responsive, always available, lots of experience
