Review content:
We own several rental apartments and have had 2 units fully refinished and another unit repaired with Next Generation Hardwood. They did a great job both times. With the repair, there were some small spots they missed with the final coat, but they came back and fixed it right away. The boards matched perfectly, though, and the finished job looked great. The two units we had fully refinished turned out really beautiful. I wanted to go dark, but they recommended a medium dark walnut color which allowed the natural grain of the wood to show through, then finished with a gymnasium grade topcoat for extra protection (it's a rental, after all!). Really beautiful work. We'll be using them for our own home soon, too!
