I twisted my back about 4-5 months ago and resulted to severe pains on my legs and knees. Driving was hurting me, watching TV on the sofa was unbearable b/c of the weird throbbing and shooting pains on my legs. Went to the Chiropractor - they healed my back but told me that my other pains would go away. Nope, it didn't. Went to an orthopedic center, and they told me that the pains can go away with certain exercises, but it will take some time. Did exercises for a couple of months, didn't see even the slightest result. \r \r So I checked out Acupuncture with Cindy and she spent about 45 minutes asking me about my health in general. I don't think I've actually met with any doctor who spent that long asking me about how I sleep, what I eat, warm/cold preferences, etc. I definitely learn about myself a lot more with just sitting through that first 45 minutes.\r \r Long story short, after the 4th visit (I did once a week), my knee and leg pains COMPLETELY went away. Cindy also told me that I need to avoid a certain type of foods to make sure the pains do not come back.\r \r In summary, I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a very experienced and attentive acupuncturist. The whole place where she practices is also very relaxing.
