I had a horrible back up from my upstairs bathtub to my downstairs sink. I called two other companies in San Antonio, a small ""mom and pop"" business and a longstanding plumbing company. The first did not have the right equipment, and the second charged me a reasonable rate--the problem is that as soon as I took a shower everything backed up again. I had been hesistant to call Roto-Rooter because I had heard that they were expensive--not true! I was able to use a coupon that was in the yellow pages AND they have a 6 month warranty on their work! \r

The plumber Donald was at my house for almost two hours until he unclogged everything and he stayed to make sure that nothing backflowed from the upstairs to the downstairs sink. I'm sure he knew all was right, but he made sure I was comfortable with the work before he left. \r

I was impressed with the diligence on the part of the serviceman and the price was reasonable--with a warranty too! I got an appointment within an hour of calling. All around good choice!
