Thanks and appreciation to Tim and Richard! After 3 frustrating days dealing with a jammed garbage disposal that I was unable to fix, I called and set a next-day appointment with Roto-Rooter. Following a courtesy call, Tim and Richard arrived at the scheduled time, thoroughly explained a couple of repair options, and gave the cost involved with each option. They left it up to me to make the final decision on how to proceed. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair the disagreeable disposal but they quickly and efficiently installed a new disposal, which has a much better attitude. Before leaving, they even took a couple minutes to play with the cats, who critiqued the final job and gave eight ""paws up."" Thanks again for such outstanding service from this professional Roto-Rooter team!
